What is your return and refund policy ?
All food sales are final, can’t exchanged or returned.
Only items like clothes, shoes, appliances, hair products can be exchanged or returned. Please note that the return label cost is the customer’s responsibility and not our responsibility except we send a defective item.
Once we received the item the client wishes to return, the return will be processed within 7 to 14 days.
